Genesis has teamed up with Quintain Estates and
Development and Family Housing Association to provide over 3000 new
homes near the new Wembley stadium.
The plan is that the new area will resemble the west end - in the
London Borough of Brent. The new housing will be built alongside
shops, restaurants and entertainment venues.
Genesis was selected to provide around 700 homes, around half the
affordable element of the housing planned for the area. We will
also - as part of this joint venture - be involved with some
outright sale and ensure that significant community benefits are
delivered.
We expect Wembley to l become a place where people are proud to
live and keen to visit.
