Genesis has teamed up with Quintain Estates and
Development and Family Mosaic Housing Association to provide over
3,000 new homes near the new Wembley stadium.
The new homes will be built alongside shops, restaurants and
entertainment venues.
Genesis was selected to provide around 700 homes, around half the
affordable element of the housing planned for the area. We will
also be involved with some outright sale and ensure that
significant community benefits are
delivered.
