Grand Union Village is a
waterside regeneration project in Greenford, across the boundary between
Ealing and Hillingdon boroughs.
Phase one of this major development has been completed. Phase two
is now underway, to build an additional 700 homes. Grand Union
Village is a mixed tenure scheme with private home owners, key
workers, affordable rented and shared ownership.
We are working with Taylor Woodrow and ASRA
Greater London Housing Association on this flagship regeneration
project which includes the provision of retail, community
facilities and improved open space.
A key element of the project is the Grand Union Village Community
Development Trust to drive and manage community facilities, open
spaces and sports activities together with local employment and
training projects.
