Grand Union Village is a waterside regeneration project in
Greenford, across the boundary between
Ealing and Hillingdon boroughs.
It is a mixed tenure scheme with private home owners, key workers,
affordable rented and shared ownership. The regeneration project
also includes the provision of:
- Retail space
- Community facilities
- Improved open space.
Phase one of this major development has been completed. Phase
two is now underway, with the building of an additional 700
homes.
Plan of Grand Union village

A key element of the project is the Grand Union Village Community
Development Trust to drive and manage community facilities, open
spaces and sports activities together with local employment and
training projects.

We are working with Taylor Woodrow and ASRA Greater London Housing
Association on this project.
