Choices for Grahame Park is a radical and unique £450 million
scheme to regenerate the Grahame Park estate in Barnet, one of
the largest self funding project in Europe.
Genesis Housing Group are working with London Borough of Barnet
and local residents to create a vibrant community. There will be a

space and new and improved community and health
