We have a strong track record in regenerating urban areas that are

that our regeneration activity includes working with the community
to address issues of health, education, opportunities for young
people, employment, safety and prosperity.
Our role means much more than simply building good quality homes
and neighbourhood management. It's about building communities - and
that means helping people to help themselves and giving people a
voice.
