Two new senior appointments at Genesis

Genesis Housing Group is pleased to announce the appointments of Feargal Ward as Managing Director of Pathmeads and Olu Olanrewaju as Managing Director of PCHA. Both housing associations are part of the Genesis Group.


With over 20 years experience working in housing with local authorities in London, Feargal Ward's most recent role involved heading up the delivery of housing management contract services at Genesis.


As Managing Director of Pathmeads, Feargal will lead temporary housing, contracts, private sector management, and maintenance services - in both the public and private sectors.


Commenting on his new role, he says "I am looking forward to continued delivery of services that satisfy our residents and clients, and to developing new and existing businesses too."


Olu Olanrewaju has nearly 20 years experience in housing, working in senior positions with responsibility for major business functions which have included development, housing management and maintenance, across the UK.


Most recently Olu Olanrewaju was Managing Director of Midland Heart. He has successfully led small, medium and large organisations at managing director level and has held several board appointments, including at East Thames Housing Group where he was Vice Chair. He has been an active member of the National Federation of Housing Associations, and spent a period there on its board.


Olu is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has an MBA from Kingston University.
