Fastest fingers first - Springboard customers get their say
Customers of Springboard were given the chance to have their say
through interactive voting technology provided at Springboard's
annual customer event day.
Customers were asked for their opinions on a number of topics
including their homes, the areas they lived in and their thoughts
on Springboard. Springboard's senior management team also
participated in a question and answer session, responding directly
to customers' questions and comments.
The event, was held in Walthamstow Assembly Hall and attracted
175 Springboard customers from across East London and Essex.
Several PCHA customers also attended.
