1. Genesis Community Chest
A small grants programme for local community groups. Grants of
between £50 and £2,000 are available for community projects and
activities across areas in which Genesis Housing Group operate.
This includes Greater London and Essex.

2. Knowles Trust Fund
The Trust was established in
1984 in memory of Sylvia and Doreen Knowles who owned a successful
private school in Kent. Upon their retirement, proceeds from the
sale of the school were donated to PCHA who set this generous gift
up as a separate trust.
In April 2007 the assets and administration of the Trust were
transferred to Genesis Community and currently sits there as the
Knowles Trust Fund.
The fund continues to help further any charitable purpose connected
with the provision of housing and any associated amenities for
persons in necessitous circumstances arising from their age or any
physical or mental disability upon terms appropriate for their
needs.
In view of the limited funds available funding is restricted to
small groups within London, Greater London, Hertfordshire and
Essex; giving preference to small organisations that provide
housing needs and associated amenities of the elderly (defined as
those aged 55 and over).
