Colin Allies Colin is a Non-Executive Director of a
hospital trust and lay partner of the Health Professions Council.
After a long career at British Gas, in engineering and as General
Manager, Colin also worked as a Bursar at an independent school,
Colin is currently Chairman of Age Concern Bromley.

Susan Higgins
Chair Susan is a qualified teacher and has been a
magistrate since 1992 and completed an MA in Contemporary History
in 1999. She has fundraising experience with NSPCC and other
locally-based organisations. Susan is currently Chair of Genesis
Community Foundation and Vice Chair of Springboard Board, where she
has a particular interest in supported housing.

Anu Vedi CBE
Group chief executive
Anu joined PCHA in 1988 as Director of Finance and was appointed
to the position of Genesis Chief Executive in April 1999. A
qualified chartered accountant, Anu started his career in the
accounting profession, moving into the housing sector in 1982,
working as the Finance Director of two large housing associations.
Anu is also a board member of the Dolphin Square Trust, and a
member of the Westminster Housing Commission.
For Genesis, Anu is a member of the GenFinance, GenInvest and
Genesis Community boards, Knowles Trust and is a co-opted member on
the Genesis Group Board and Remuneration Committee.

Jacqueline Cannon
Jacqueline Cannon has spent many years as a consultant to the
construction industry and as a university lecturer. She chaired the
Genesis Board until 2002 and remains an independent member of the
Board. She chairs the Project Appraisal Committee and the Knowles
Trust Charity. |

Iain Mackechnie-Jarvis
Iain heads up Genesis Community, delivering all Genesis' community
development and social regeneration programs. Before taking up his
current post he established an effective community investment
capacity within Springboard Housing Association. Iain was Director
of Emmaus UK, national homeless charity, which since inception in
1991 has established 14 residential community/social enterprise
projects for homeless people around the UK. He is also a qualified
solicitor with 25 years experience in commercial property and
regeneration developments.

Stephen Woolridge Stephen is currently Area
Director for Lloyds TSB Corporate with executive responsibility for
East Anglia. In the past he has held various community roles in
local government, housing, education, business and charities. He
sits on the Remuneration and Governance Committees, is on the board
of GenFinance and a trustee of Genesis Community. |

Denis Argent Denis is a Chartered Certified
Accountant, and the former Director of Resources at the Royal
Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. He is currently a Trustee
Director of The Chartered Certified Accountants Benevolent Fund. He
is a member of the Group Audit and Risk Committee and a Trustee of
PCHA 2001 Pensions Ltd. |
