Logic
Homes (formally Gentect Homes) is a
development agency organisation specialising in the delivery of
mixed tenure housing. Genesis was instrumental in its establishment
three years ago. Logic Homes is now made up of eight equal
shareholders comprising housing associations, constructors,
developers and architects. All of the traditional stakeholders in
the process are centrally managed as one organisation from the
outset to help to remove the duplication of processes, minimise

Aragon Housing
Association
Genesis is partnering with Aragon Housing
Association to provide around 700 homes a year in key growth areas
such as Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and
Northampton.
Aragon will manage the properties which we will jointly develop.
Aragon will benefit from the partnering status we hold with the
Housing Corporation, while Genesis will gain from Aragon's strong
local connections and excellent track record in the delivery of
both housing and development services.
Development Securities Plc
Through the joint venture with property development and investment
company, Development Securities Plc, Genesis will identify
potential mixed-use development sites in London in a bid to address
the demand for more affordable homes.
Grainger Trust
The Church Commissioners
invited 11 RSLs to make offers to purchase estates in Maida Vale,
Waterloo and Stoke Newington (in total 460 homes and 16 commercial
units) in 2005. Genesis, together with partner Grainger Trust, was
successful in its bid and has been selected as the preferred
purchaser. Pathmeads are the managing agents for this portfolio and
the homes that are let on a mix of affordable and market rents.
NHS
Pathmeads Key Places works with a range of leading NHS trusts to
provide homes for health workers.
For central London's Great Ormond Street Hospital Trust, Genesis
created imaginative and award-winning accommodation by refurbishing
a dilapidated terrace of 17 200-year-old listed Georgian town
houses to create 102 shared flats.
Genesis has also secured a new contract with The Royal Free
Hampstead NHS Trust in north London that involves the creation of
94 self-contained studios for nurses.
Assettrust
Building on a Pathmeads initiative, Sutherland is working with
property investment company Assettust to provide a sales, marketing
and management service in support of Assettrust's ambitious
expansion plans.
Choices for Grahame Park
Genesis works in partnership with Countryside and the local
authority of Barnet on the re-development of the Grahame Park
Estate, which will create thousands of new mixed-tenure housing for
