Stratford High Street, Stratford
One
of our biggest-ever land acquisitions, will include several
residential blocks as well as commercial and retail units.
Around 35% of the homes which will be built on the site will be
affordable, including social rent and shared ownership.

Zenith House, Barnet
This development has been planned by a partnership lead by
Genesis Housing Group and including Mars Investments and the
European Urban Group.
The new buildings will provide over 200 homes, local community
facilities, a restaurant, offices and parking. Half of the homes
will be available to rent at affordable rates and to buy through
the New Build HomeBuy scheme (part-buy
part-rent). |

Grahame Park, Colindale
This redevelopment project will see 2,990 homes built over the next
12 years.
The Barnet Council sought partnerships with established and
experienced social housing landlords to regenerate the estate.
Major work was needed to address problems such as crime, social
disadvantage and overcrowding.
