We are one of the UK's largest and most successful providers of homes for rent and sale, providing homes and services to tens of thousands of people across London and the south east. The Group consists of PCHA, Pathmeads and Springboard housing associations, owning and/or managing some 40,000 homes. In 2005 we launched a new independent charitable trust, Genesis Community, to tackle deprivation and social exclusion programme.

PCHA provides homes for more than 15,000 households across 47 local authorities in London and the south east. The team also provides support services for vulnerable residents and work closely with local authority partners to ensure fair access to homes for those people most in need. As the founding member of the Genesis Group, PCHA has more than 45 years' experience of owning and managing homes with tenant involvement at its heart.

Pathmeads is the largest Registered Social Landlord in London, providing property management services for more than 21,000 homes. The contracts division manages homes for other landlords including local authorties, housing associations, primary care and NHS trusts, developers and private investors. The temporary housing division specialises in the provision of temporary accomodation, managing more than 6,000 privately leased homes around London and the Home Counties. Pathmeads Property Services is the internal contractor to the Genesis Group providing reactive, planned and major works to the Genesis subsidiaries and is also pursuing contracts externally.

Springboard provides mixed tenure management services to more than 5,000 homes in the east of England. Springboard is also a specialist provider of supported housing. It manages some 1,000 homes for older and vulnerable people in supported schemes across 43 local authorities.

Genesis Community was launched in 2005 as a charitable foundation to specifically tackle the challenges of deprivation and social exclusion in the most disadvantaged areas. Genesis has always been strong on community development and regeneration. More than 50 projects are already underway delivering real change at a grass roots level across a number of themes including; young people, vulnerable and elderly people, safer communities, financial inclusion and training and employment.

Genesishomes is the sales arm of Genesis Housing Group. It provides homes for sale through part-buy/part-rent and outright sale. The team helps people who are unable to access a home of their own within the private sector, where open market property prices are very high and rents are expensive.

A Group treasury vehicle that enables Genesis to obtain bulk finance at cheaper rates than they are currently available. This allows us to fund developments flexibly. In 2005 Genesis agreed to a new loan facilities of £550 million with some of the sector's leading funders.
