ANU VEDI CBE
Group Chief Executive
Anu joined PCHA in 1988 as Director of Finance and was appointed to
the position of Genesis Chief Executive in April 1999. A qualified
chartered accountant, Anu started his career in the accounting
profession, moving into the housing sector in 1982, working as the
Finance Director of two large housing associations. Anu is also a
board member of the Dolphin Square Trust, and a member of the
Westminster Housing Commission.
For Genesis, Anu is a member of the GenFinance, GenInvest and
Genesis Community boards, Knowles Trust and is a co-opted member on
the Genesis Group Board and Remuneration Committee |

STEVE COLEMAN
Group Director of Development
Steve joined Genesis Housing Group in July 2003 with over 20 years
experience in social housing. His most recent role prior to Genesis
was as deputy Chief Executive of Notting Hill Housing Group.
Since joining Genesis Housing Group, Steve has led a remarkably
successful, rapidly growing and high quality development
programme. |

JOHN LAPPIN
Group Director of Finance
In September 2006, John Lappin started at Genesis in the role of
Group Director of Finance. John has a wealth of finance experience
and joined us from Royal Mail Letters where he most recently held
the position of Finance Director. Previously John has worked for
Parcelforce Worldwide and Rexel Electrical Group.

PAM LOCKLEY
Managing Director of PCHA
Pam joined Genesis from the London Borough of Hillingdon where she
was Corporate Director of Housing. She has 24 years of housing
experience, having also worked for several Councils in London and
the West Midlands. Since joining PCHA, Pam's priorities have been
to improve PCHA's repairs service and the access tenants have to
PCHA. |

TOM McGREGOR
Managing Director of Pathmeads
After substantial experience at a senior level in both the retail
and the voluntary sectors Tom joined PCHA in 1989. He has held a
number of senior positions within the Genesis Group principally in
overseeing the Group's temporary housing, contracts nanagement and
regeneration activities.
Tom was appointed as Managing Director of Pathmeads in
2005. |

MARK GAYFER
Managing Director of Springboard
Mark joined Springboard as Finance Director in October 2002, was
appointed Chief Executive in March 2003 and Managing Director in
April 2005. Previously Mark trained with KPMG and gained experience
in the social housing sector through senior positions with East
Thames Housing Group and Wandle HA. Mark also sits on the board of
MacIntyre HA, a specialist organisation supporting people with
learning difficulties.

ALLISON SOFEKUN
Group Director of Corporate Services
Before entering the UK public sector, Allison trained and
qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG. She has extensive
audit, consulting, strategic HR and other private sector
experience, as well as over twelve years' experience across a range
of housing disciplines. Allison gained an MBA at Cranfield
University, School of Management, in 2004.
